The following message arrived with the above photo, confirming the presence of Chairman Meow, whose radical ideology of kitty world domination seems to be spreading faster than swine flu.

Comrade, after it's victorious walk-through in Munich the Feline Revolution has now spread to Frankfurt, Germany. Meow was first sighted at the Old Opera House to begin the cultural revolution. However, pictures are still rare but rumors spread, that the city's financial centre will be infiltrated shortly.
